Needed a repair on a iPhone battery slot. Shawn was most pleasant on the phone, answering every single question thrown at him. He even gave a great price for not even seeing the phone yet. I came in the store and paid $50 down to start the service and continued to ask about refurbishing an old game system. Again Shawn was most pleasant and answered ever single question with the utmost respect. Not once ever flinching to any hard questions. After all that, he told me to return back within a few hours to pick up the phone. Before I even got the chance to call and check up on my iPhone, I had already gotten a call sooner than expected to pick up the phone. All in all Shawn is the greatest asset to reconnected store. Heck he might as well be the senior manager if he isn't already. Thank you Shawn for your help and sorry for the delayed review.

Shawn repaired my mother-in laws mic in her iPhone 12 pro max. It works perfectly now. He had great customer service and recommended good accessories for the phone to prevent physical damage. I highly recommend this business of you need any type of repairs for your phones, electronics etc.

I have been in there two separate times and both times I found the staff to be on the snotty, cocky side of the tracks. I have no idea if they provide good repair service or if they are knowledgeable. I likely will not know those things first hand because I have zero intentions of going back there. I think the egos are taking over.

Shaun was very patient professional and awesome fixer of my phone. He also suggested a 3n1 which was not in stock but said he could get it if my husband says yes to purchasing one. Very excellent customer service. He is a keeper of an employee.
